They say laughter is the best medicine. What they say is very true.
I laugh all the time when I’m with my friends. I have laughed so hard that my tummy pains a lot. But you know what…that pain is worth it. That pain makes so many memories 🙂
When was the last time you laughed so hard? Do you remember? Doesn’t it seem that in our daily routine life we have forgotten to laugh…we have kind of forgotten the happy times we had when we were young.
Meet up with your long lost childhood friends and laugh at the memories and fun you had. Remember the school days with your friends…the fun you all had. It’s really amazing to cherish all those days. The funny nicknames you had, the race to the window seat in the school bus, sharing food with friends, bunking school and going to your favourite hang out place. Don’t you miss all this?? Catch up with your friends and laugh hard…the pain in your tummy will be worth it 😉
Nowadays our laughter has become so dull. Some people have kind of forgotten how to laugh…don’t you think so? Well do you realize that we have got comedy shows on television for a reason? (I am sure this will make you think!). We have got a show named “Comey Nights with Kapil” on Indian television…did you ever think why its there? Its there to make us laugh at the jokes on which we miss out in our daily life routine. Its there for us so that we don not forget how to laugh in the stressful world.
Laugh everyday…it will make your living worth it. What a boring person you may be if you don’t even laugh once in a day.
“Laughter is wine for the soul – laughter soft, or loud and deep, tinged through with seriousness – the hilarious declaration made by man that life is worth living.” – Sean O’Casey
